Todd Karns (January 15, 1921 – February 5, 2000) was an American actor perhaps best remembered for playing Harry Bailey, the younger brother of George Bailey (James Stewart) in the Christmas classic It's a Wonderful Life.
He was born Roscoe T. Karns, Jr. in Hollywood, California, the son of Mary M. Fraso and character actor Roscoe Karns. He appeared with his father in the DuMont Television Network show Rocky King, Inside Detective (1950–1954). Todd had three children with his wife Katherine Karns.
